And yes, I'd be happy to post...Wow, thank you! And yes, I'd be happy to post my eating habits. <br /><br />I usually eat breakfast around 10 or 11 (i'm just not hungry before that). B'fast is normally either: eggs, cottage cheese, or a hamburger patty with melted cheddar<br /><br />Lunch: a piece of fruit if i'm in the mood, or some salad. If i'm feeling particularly lazy or busy, i just grab some low-carb chocolate and a couple vitamins (smack smack!).<br /><br />Dinner: Todd usually makes dinner...some sort of meat with veggies. We've been big into stir-fry lately. <br /><br />We indulge on weekends now that we've lost the weight we wanted to lose. (Todd has lost over 50 lbs. since May). <br /><br />It's strange to me to eat so much meat and protein. I was vegetarian for 10 years. Being low-carb feels sooooo good! I feel healthier than i ever have before.<br /><br />Now mind you, when i first decided i was going to lose my excess weight, i did a ketogenic diet for about a month or so which consisted almost entirely of MEAT MEAT and more MEAT with a little cottage cheese on the side and some nuts thrown in for fat.
